Accredited Training

A blended learning program which delivers participants a nationally recognised certificate in BSB30207 Certificate III in Customer Contact and BSB40307 Certificate IV in Customer Contact.  The program material is engaging and interactive and assists participants in developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become an effective contact centre worker.
